Marriage & Weddings at St Stephen’s
A wedding day is one of life’s most joyful occasions — but in the Church, it is even more than that. It is a sacrament, a holy moment where two people stand before God, their family, and their friends, to promise a lifelong journey of love and faithfulness. At St Stephen’s, we would be honoured to celebrate this step with you.
First Steps
If you would like to be married at St Stephen’s, the first thing to do is to speak with our Parish Priest. Please get in touch at least six months before your chosen date — this gives time for preparation, paperwork, and a marriage preparation course.
The easiest way is simply to say hello to the Priest after one of our Sunday Masses. He will be glad to meet you, explain the process, and answer any questions you may have.
💌 If you don’t feel comfortable approaching him directly, or if you’re not currently able to come to Mass, you are very welcome to reach out by filling in this form.
